Although I don’t get out to New Brunswick very often, it’s nice to hear from Easterners letting me know about safe gluten-free restaurant options. I have yet to eat here, but I’ve been informed that Racine’s Restaurant in Fredericton is a fine dining experience with a great willingness to accommodate the gluten-free lifestyle.
From what I hear, Racine’s has various gluten-free items on the menu, and they are more than willing to make adjustments to other menu items to make the food safe.
Not only does Racine’s take pride in accommodating all us us, but I’m extremely pleased and excited to see that they work directly with local farmers and markets to provide customers with delicious nutritious meals.
