I recently discovered that one of my recommended restaurants no longer had their Head Chef, Richard Tyhy, who specialized in gluten-free cooking. I was disappointed that I didn’t know where he had moved on to.

In a great twist of fate, I stopped in at Chill Winston in Gastown (Vancouver) for lunch the other day. I was delighted to find out that Chef Richard Tyhy had made Chill Winston his new home.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was superb. And above everything else, it was reassuring to know that our request for gluten-free food was easily accommodate. Although Chill Winston does not have a gluten-free menu, Chef Richard can meet your needs.
