The Chestnut Tree Bistro is New Brunswick’s first 100% gluten-free restaurant! Rosie prepares all the food specifically to serve those with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. As well as operating this gluten-free bistro just outside of Moncton, New Brunswick, Rosie offers many gluten-free gourmet foods for pick-up and delivery. Have a look on the website at the varieties of cookies, cakes, muffins and breads. I’m a bit sad to say that I have not had the opportunity to eat at Rosie’s Chestnut Tree Bistro. But I know I will next time I’m out East.
