Ingredients:

2 lbs ground bison (or beef)
1 10 oz. jar grape jelly
1/2 10 oz. jar thai chili sauce
1 egg

 

Preparation:

  1. Crack egg into bowl with ground bison. Mix well.
  2. Roll bison into 1 1/2 inch meat balls.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a fry pan. May need to drain the fat.
  4. When brown, add jelly and chili sauce. Simmer for 15 min.
  5. Be careful not to over cook the bison.
