Ingredients:
| 2 | lbs ground bison (or beef) |
| 1 | 10 oz. jar grape jelly |
| 1/2 | 10 oz. jar thai chili sauce |
| 1 | egg |
Preparation:
- Crack egg into bowl with ground bison. Mix well.
- Roll bison into 1 1/2 inch meat balls.
- Brown the meatballs in a fry pan. May need to drain the fat.
- When brown, add jelly and chili sauce. Simmer for 15 min.
- Be careful not to over cook the bison.
